ICC CHALLENGE hosted by Southside Cyclery

The ICC Challenge has established itself as one of the most popular cross-country mountain bike races in the St. Louis area. Last year, it became the USA Cycling-sanctioned Missouri State Championship Race.

This year, we are excited to expand the event into an entire weekend of mountain bike activities and fun for everyone. The schedule includes the StL Dirt Crits XCC Short Track, XCM Marathon, and XCO Championship races, along with a Team Relay Short Track, a Night Ride, and the Kids Challenge Course.

Proceeds support the South Side XC Development Team, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth development organization.

All participants are required to read, understand, and abide by all USA Cycling policies, rules, and protocols. Please review the USA Cycling Rulebook and Policies before participating.

Registration Details
Register for multiple races and save $10 on each additional race.
Online Registration closes August 1 at 11:59 PM.

Registration Requirements
A USA Cycling membership is required to participate in the XCC Short Track, XCM Marathon, and XCO Championship races. If you do not have a USA Cycling membership, please see the details below.

Base Individual Membership: Required for all race license add-ons. Current USA Cycling base membership pricing is $40/year with auto-renewal or $50/year without auto-renewal.

Domestic Race License Add-ons: Domestic racing licenses are free for the first year for new members or members who have not held a license in 3+ years. Current annual pricing is U19: $0, U23: $35 with auto-renewal or $40 without auto-renewal, and Adult 23+: $75 with auto-renewal or $80 without auto-renewal.

Key Benefits of USA Cycling Memberships: Race license add-ons provide access to sanctioned events, national rankings, development pathways, insurance coverage, official results tracking, upgrade eligibility, and member partner discounts.

How to Apply for a USA Cycling Membership: Create an account through the USA Cycling Member Portal. Select the base membership and add the appropriate race license. Licenses are typically issued digitally for use at event registration.

The Team Relay Challenge and Kids Challenge Course do not require a USA Cycling membership. Only a signed waiver is required.
